About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Zeeshan Waheed (“Zeeshan Waheed”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the individual developer who makes OvaReset under the name Imisofts. They apply when you use the OvaReset app or this website (together, “OvaReset”). By using OvaReset, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use OvaReset.

Who can use OvaReset

You must be at least 16 years old to use OvaReset. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms with you.

Please give accurate information when you set up OvaReset, and use it only for yourself.

Not medical advice

OvaReset gives general wellness information and helps you track how you feel. It isn’t medical advice, and it doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. OvaReset isn’t a medical device, and using it doesn’t make us your healthcare provider.

• Talk to a healthcare professional about your health, and before you change your diet, exercise or medicines.
• Medicine reminders only remind you. OvaReset doesn’t check doses or interactions, so always follow the instructions you were given.
• Never ignore medical advice or delay getting care because of something you read in OvaReset.
• OvaReset isn’t for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, or your local emergency number.

The coach and meal checks

The coach and meal checks, which are part of OvaReset Plus, use artificial intelligence to create answers. AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and meal checks are only estimates. Treat them as general information, not as advice from a healthcare professional or dietitian. The coach can’t help in an emergency or a crisis. If you ever feel unsafe, call your local emergency number.

Please only send the coach your own questions and photos of your own meals. The coach and meal checks have a daily fair-use limit, which the app tells you about when you reach it.

Your account

You can use OvaReset without an account. To use the coach or a locked backup, you sign in with your email address, Apple or Google. Keep access to your email and your Apple or Google account secure, because anyone who can use them may be able to reach your OvaReset account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your data.

Your locked backup

Backup is optional. If you turn it on, you choose a backup password, and your data is encrypted on your phone before it’s uploaded. We never see the password and can’t reset it, so if you forget it, your backup can’t be opened. We keep only your latest backup, and we delete it when you turn backup off or delete your account.

Subscriptions and free trials

OvaReset is free to download, and many features are free. Some features need OvaReset Plus, a paid subscription.

• Plans and prices. Plus is available as a yearly or a monthly plan. The price, in your currency and including any taxes, is shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy. The prices on this website ($59.99 a year or $12.99 a month) are a guide in US dollars.
• Free trial. New subscribers can try Plus free for 14 days. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. We will remind you 2 days before your trial ends. Apple and Google decide who is eligible for a free trial.
• Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm your purchase, or when your free trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each year or month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. If you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. Apple and Google process all purchases, so refunds are handled under their policies. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or ask Google through your Google Play order history. We can’t issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
• Price changes. If the price of your plan changes, Apple or Google will tell you in advance and, where required, ask you to agree. You can cancel before the new price applies.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Your license to use OvaReset

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the OvaReset app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as allowed by these terms and the rules of the app store you got it from.

You agree not to:

• copy, change, sell, rent or share OvaReset, or our lessons, recipes and other content, except as the law allows
• reverse engineer or try to get the source code of the app, except where the law allows it
• get around any security feature, or interfere with how OvaReset works
• use bots or scrapers to collect data from OvaReset
• use OvaReset to break the law or to harm anyone

Your content

What you enter in OvaReset, such as your answers, logs, messages and photos, belongs to you. You give us permission to use it only to run the features you use, as our Privacy policy explains. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve OvaReset without owing you anything.

Our content and trademarks

The OvaReset name and logo, and the app, lessons, recipes, illustrations and text, belong to Zeeshan Waheed or our licensors and are protected by law. Please don’t use them without our written permission.

Other services and links

OvaReset works with services from other companies, such as the App Store, Google Play and Sign in with Apple or Google, and links to trusted sources such as the World Health Organization. Those companies’ own terms apply to their services, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Changes to OvaReset and to these terms

We are always working on OvaReset, so features may change. If a change takes away a significant part of a paid feature, we will tell you in advance. We may also update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you before it takes effect, by email or in the app. If you keep using OvaReset after that, you accept the new terms.

Ending these terms

You can stop using OvaReset and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and explain why. The sections about content, disclaimers, liability and disputes still apply after these terms end.

Disclaimers

We work hard to make OvaReset helpful and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that OvaReset will always be available or free of errors, or that it will lead to any particular health result. Some places don’t allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you, and they don’t affect your rights as a consumer.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, Zeeshan Waheed isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of OvaReset. Our total liability to you for any claim about OvaReset is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for OvaReset in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem with OvaReset, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly that way.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

App Store terms

If you downloaded the OvaReset app from Apple’s App Store, these extra terms apply:

1. Agreement. These terms are between you and Zeeshan Waheed only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Zeeshan Waheed, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
2. License. Your license to use the app is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
3. Maintenance and support. Zeeshan Waheed is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
4. Warranty. Zeeshan Waheed is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any, to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of Zeeshan Waheed.
5. Product claims. Zeeshan Waheed, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
6. Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the app, or your possession and use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, Zeeshan Waheed, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
7. Legal compliance. You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo or that the US Government has designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Contact. Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be sent to Zeeshan Waheed using the details in Contact us.
9. Third-party terms. When you use the app, you must also follow any third-party terms that apply, such as your mobile carrier’s terms.
10. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept these terms, Apple has the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Google Play terms

If you downloaded the OvaReset app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases. Google isn’t responsible for the app or its content.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy policy and Medical disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about OvaReset. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and we will tell you if that happens.
